The event will feature a five-course dinner prepared by CSHS culinary students along with local chefs Tai Lee (Veritas, Paolo’s and Madden’s), Scott Baker (Hilton Hotel), Bryan Light (Ronin Cooking), Dan Capello (Miramont Country Club) and Charles Bartsch (The George and Cavalry Hotels).
The menu will be Texas-inspired and feature local and regional ingredients.
Individuals can purchase tickets for $50 each.
Table sponsorships are also available for $100 and include recognition in the evening program, audio-visual presentation and the printed program. Businesses can purchase sponsorship with or without purchasing tickets.
All proceeds will go to help support the CSHS Culinary program’s participation in the Prostart Competition, culinary scholarships and to provide seed money for future events.
