We are one of the few districts that offer a tier system regarding our contributions to your insurance. Our goal is to allow all of our employees various options that fit the needs of their families. All new employees to CSISD will receive information regarding our benefits the same day they finalize their new hire paperwork. Each new employee will have 30 days from his or her first date on the job to complete the benefice packet, and submit the completed information to the Human Resources office at College Station ISD.
Should a new employee choose not to enroll within the initial 31 day sign-up, the next opportunity will be during the next Annual Enrollment. We do offer exceptions for changes based on specific events. (i.e., change in marital status, dependent status, etc.)
