College Station ISD is looking for energetic, committed college/university students to be tutors in our Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Program. This class provides academic instruction and tutorial support to students and prepares them for eligibility for four-year colleges and universities.

Tutors are needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the designated times for the following campuses:

  • A&M Consolidated High School: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • A&M Consolidated Middle School: 11:30 am - 3:40 pm
  • College Station Middle School: 1:30 pm - 3:40 pm
  • Cypress Grove Intermediate School: 9:00 am - 11:45 am
  • Oakwood Intermediate School: 1:30 pm - 3:40 pm
Pay: $10.00 per hour

Criminal History Check required

If interested, please complete the attached AVID application and access to records form and return them to the CSISD Personnel Office or contact Robin Oberg, CSISD AVID District Director, 764-5419.
