Most district records including personnel records are public information and must be released upon request. A limited amount of personal information may be withheld. Employees may choose not to allow public access to or have the following information included in a staff directory by submitti ng a written request to the personnel office:
1. Address
2. Phone number
3. Social Security number
4. Information that reveals whether they have family members 

New or terminating employees have 14 days after hire or termination to submit a request. Otherwise, personal information will be released to the public.
