Distribution of Non-School Materials
All non-school materials must be approved by the Director of Public Relations. A copy of the materials to be distributed must be attached to the completed Approval Form (form can be downloaded). This form and the flyer or material to be distributed can be faxed (979-764-5492) to the Secretary for the Director of Public Relations. If the materials cannot be faxed, it will need to be hand carried to the Central Office at 1812 Welsh. Materials that promote "for profit" businesses will not be approved for distribution.
