Eighteen CSISD students earn nurse aid certification
Recently, 18 CSISD Health Science Technology students at A&M Consolidated High School completed and passed their training to become Certified Nurse Aides through the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
This program consists of 75 hours of classroom and clinical training, and students are required to take and pass a state-administered skills test and a written test.
Clinical hours and skills testing are performed at The Sheridan Nursing Home in Navasota.
