March/April 2023
- Application process opens, N2 candidate recruitment begins
April 11, 2023
- Planning Session with Board
- Discuss search timelines and interview process
- Board feedback related to strengths and opportunities
- Discuss method for soliciting input from community and staff
April/May 2023
- Community and Staff Input process, develop candidate profile
- N2 develops and district advertises online surveys for community and staff members
May 12, 2023
May 16
- Board receives feedback from N2 on community and staff survey/feedback
May 17 or 18, 2023
- Board reviews candidate pool and selects candidates to interview
Early June
- First and Second Round interviews
June
July 2023
- 21 day waiting period ends, Board approves contract
July 2023
- New superintendent reports to district
