Registration, Testing Schedule, & Proctoring
Registration
Registration is a two step process:
- Complete Parent Permission Form and give to your student's counselor.
- Once your counselor has approved the Permission Form, they will send a Parent Registration Google Form to be completed.

Please note: The district's testing window may not align with what you may see on the UTHS or TTU dashboard. The District will only honor CBE tests ordered and taken within the approved district testing window. For example: UTHS has a testing window that closes on July 29th but our district’s testing window ends on July 22nd. You must test by July 22nd for the district to honor the results.
Proctoring Credit-by-Exam Sessions
- Kindergarten-2nd grade will be proctored in person.
- Credit-By-Exams for grades 3-12 are online and are administered with a remote proctoring system so students can safely test from home. Please note that if your child has a documented oral accommodation, the exam must be proctored in-person with the district and will not be available online.
- Families who are registered for a credit by exam test that is administered online with UT High School will receive an email from Instructure Canvas with login and instructions for testing.
- Families who are registered for a credit by exam test that is administered with Texas Tech University (Math 7A Only) will receive an email from our office with login information and instructions for testing.
- Families for all paper/in-person proctored tests will receive an email from our office with information regarding scheduling a testing time. In-person tests will take place at the CSISD Central Office located at 1812 Welsh Ave.
