Federal and State Programs
Federal and State Programs coordinates and oversees a range of federal, state, and local initiatives designed to support students facing the greatest challenges. Our mission is to provide resources that help ensure all students, especially those most at risk of falling behind, have the opportunity to succeed.
Our key programs include:
- Title I (ESSA): Support for economically disadvantaged students
- Title II (ESSA): Supporting effective instruction
- Title III (ESSA): English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, and Academic Achievement
- Title IV (ESSA): Student Support and Academic Enrichment
- State Compensatory Education (SCE): Helping to increase academic achievement and reduce the dropout rate for at-risk students by providing supplemental programs and services.
- Homeless Support Services: Helping students and families facing homelessness.
- Pregnancy-Related Services (PRS): Providing necessary support for pregnant students.
Our Services Include:
- Instructional Support: We provide funding and strategies to help students succeed in both state and federal assessments.
- Campus Support: We work closely with schools to narrow the achievement gap for at-risk and economically disadvantaged students.
- Family Assistance: We connect our families and students experiencing homelessness to resources to ensure they have the support they need.

Our Goal:
We believe every child deserves a fair and equal chance at a high-quality education. Our programs are designed to provide additional support to students at risk of dropping out and to close achievement gaps. Through collaboration with schools, families, and communities, we ensure that College Station ISD stays compliant with all federal and state regulations while providing the best possible resources for our students.

Private Non - Profit Notice of Intent to Participate Window
The window to notify CSISD that as a Private Non Profit you want to learn about Federal Funding and to attend an informational meeting for Private Non Profit schools is open until May 1, 2026. If you are a part of a Private Non Profit within College Station ISD's boundaries, please feel free to review the letters below and follow the instructions on the forms.
