College Station ISD is one of the few districts that offers a tier system regarding our contributions to employee insurance. Our goal is to allow all of our employees various options that fit the needs of their families. Please take some time and gather as much information regarding our employee benefits packages.

Open Enrollment 2025-26

The benefits portal will open on Monday, July 7 and will close at the end of business on Friday, Aug. 8 (4:30 p.m.).

Open Enrollment Instructions

If you do not wish to make any changes to your plan, you will be auto-enrolled. If you need to make a change, or wish to deny coverage, you will need to access the system during open enrollment to make changes.

If you are an FSA participant, you will need to re-enroll.

It is recommended that all employees access the system and review their plans.

New Employees

All new employees to CSISD will receive information regarding CSISD benefits. Each new employee will have 30 days from their first day on the job to complete the benefit packet using the benefit website.

Should a new employee choose not to enroll within the initial 31-day sign-up, the next opportunity will be during the next Annual Enrollment. We do offer exceptions for changes based on qualifying life events (i.e. birth of a child, change in spouse's employment, loss of existing coverage, change in marital status, dependent status).
