We have programs for our aspiring leaders that are designed to prepare them for their future in leadership. The CSISD Teacher Leadership Academy is designed to grow teachers in their peer leadership skills and abilities. The Aspiring Administrator Institute is for current staff that aspire to administrative positions and the program is designed to grow them for potential leadership level transitions. The Assistant Principal Fellowship is specifically for staff members that aspire to the principalship and will prepare them for their first principalship through a variety of experiential learning opportunities.
The growth does not stop with a successful job placement. CSISD also has leadership development programs that are geared toward the ongoing development of our current campus and district leaders. The New Administrator Academy is part of our onboarding process for new administrators, as well as new to CSISD administrators. The Principal and Assistant Principal Collaborative sessions are designed to grow our current assistant principals and principals in their level of leadership through a variety of engaging collaborative learning experiences and sessions.
