Enrollment Requirements

To enroll a student in College Station ISD, the parent or legal guardian must complete online registration through PowerSchool Registration. A student is not registered to attend school until the enrollment process is complete. 

Register a NEW student in CSISD

  • Complete the online registration form by clicking the New Student Registration Form link on the top of this page, and entering the information requested by the online forms. Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and College Station Independent School District will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
  • On the Review page, check your data and then click SUBMIT

Visit the campus your child will be attending or upload the required documents during the registration process. You will need to provide the following:

  • TWO forms of identification for the child such as: birth certificate, Social Security card, child's passport and I-94 or any other legal document that establishes identity.
  • Student Social Security card - If you do not provide your child's social security card, a state identification number will be assigned to your child.
  • Documentation of residency (utility bill or lease agreement in the name of the parent/guardian is required)
  • Immunization records: Up to date
  • Last report card or transcript
  • State Assessment Test Results
  • Address/Phone/Fax of last school attended
  • Parent Identification

Please Note: Your student will not be enrolled without proof of residency (Per Board Policy FD (Legal)). The district will not enroll students who live outside the College Station ISD boundaries.

Registering Multiple New Students in College Station ISD?

A New Student Registration form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one New Student Registration, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the Confirmation page. Simply listing the siblings in the siblings section does not register them.
