Strategic Planning 2026-2027

College Station ISD is beginning the process of developing its next strategic plan, and we want to hear you.

Strategic planning gives CSISD an opportunity to listen, look ahead and determine what matters most for our students and community. We want to learn what makes CSISD exceptional, where we have opportunities to grow and how we can prepare every student to thrive in the years ahead.

Join a focus group and help inform the priorities that will guide CSISD in the years ahead.

About the Process

CSISD is developing a new strategic plan to help shape the next several years of our district. The process will give us an opportunity to listen to different perspectives and identify the priorities that will best prepare our students for the future.

CSISD is partnering with N2 Learning to facilitate the process, which will begin with focus groups involving parents, employees and students. The perspectives shared through those conversations will help inform the work of a community-wide committee, which will develop the proposed strategic plan.

The proposed plan will then be presented to the CSISD Board of Trustees for review and consideration for approval.

Learn About CSISD’s Current Strategic Plan

Through partnership with engage2learn, College Station ISD engaged our community, staff and students in a strategic planning process during spring 2021 to set our course for the future.

The strategic design team included approximately 40 individuals including students, parents, teachers, principals, district administrators, and school board trustees. Grounded in community feedback, the team developed our vision, portraits, goals, specific actions and framework for success. We invite you to learn more about these components of the plan and resulting actions.
