Addressing the Board

Individuals who wish to participate during the portion of the meeting designated for public comment shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee by 10 a.m. the day before the meeting and shall indicate the agenda item or topic on which they wish to address the Board. Comments regarding non-agenda items and agenda items will be heard at the time listed on the agenda as “HEARING OF CITIZENS,” which will be before any items are considered by the Board (including consent agenda items).

Procedures for Registering

Individuals who wish to address the board may sign up using the designated registration form below beginning when the meeting agenda is posted through 10 a.m. the day before the meeting.

 

Request to Address the Board

This form is currently closed for the upcoming board meeting (April 15). The form will open to accept requests to address the Board for the May workshop and regular meeting (May 20) on Friday, May 16 at 8 a.m. and close on Monday, May 19 at 10 a.m.
