Superintendent's Cabinet

The Superintendent's Cabinet is a collaborative leadership team made up of district-level leaders who support the work of schools and departments across College Station ISD. Each cabinet member leads their own area of the district and brings perspective to the table to help guide decisions that contribute to the district as a whole. Cabinet meets regularly to share departmental updates, discuss key initiatives, and align efforts across the organization.

In addition to scheduled meetings, members of the cabinet visit schools throughout the year to attend events, recognize outstanding work, support campus administration, and work directly with school staff. These visits allow cabinet members to listen, observe, and provide real-time support while building stronger connections across the district.
