World of Wizards! All Things Magical

Calling all wizard fans! This is like no other class you have ever experienced. We will take a magical journey into the world of wizards. We will design trading cards, make a personal crest, create a treasure hunt, have a Triwizard tournament, and participate in activities that will astound all Muggles. 2nd, 3rd (20 students)

Write Like a Pro

Who wants to write like an author? We will be exploring different authors, illustrations, and story style! We will be reading and writing like Mo Willems, Eric Carle, Robert Munsch, Jon Klassen, and many more! We will also look at different nursery rhymes and the themes of their story, to write our own stories! This is a great way for your kids to continue working on their handwriting, spelling, sight word knowledge, and basic writing conventions (spaces, capitals, punctuation, etc) over the summer, so they keep their writing skills sharp for the next school year! K, 1st, 2nd (14 students)
