Students began the process of competing in the fall semester and advanced through a series of rigorous competition rounds to eventually earn this performance distinction. Earning All-State honors is one of the highest distinctions a Texas music student can receive. Approximately 1,875 students were selected to receive the honor through the audition process that began with more than 70,000 students from across the state. Approximately 2.6% of students who went through the audition process earned All-State honors.

“This honor proves how talented and dedicated these students are to their craft as well as their commitment and work ethic,” said Eric Eaks, director of fine arts. “Their upcoming All-State experience will be life-changing, and we are thrilled to be able to support them.”
